Mishy Lesser is an education consultant who helps communities identify and develop emergent youth leadership. She has worked with youth since the 1980s and came of age as a trainer and facilitator by partnering with community organizations in Chile, Ecuador, and El Salvador. Mishy has extensive experience in curriculum development, workshop design, and program delivery.
Mishy is also a writer and has been featured on public radio.
Mishy Lesser earned a doctorate in Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a certificate from the Couples and Family Center at Harvard Medical School. Mishy spent ten years in the field of workforce development, with a focus on public policy research and reform, as well as the design, delivery, and evaluation of job training and career ladder programs.
